Transformed existing content to use the shorthand Blockdown format whenever possible. Related to builder#103.

Updated the Wired content blocker blocker rule to explicitly state that it’s first-party (as default is now third-party in Blockdown.

Updated the activation test rule to explicitly state that it’s for first-party loads (as the default, now, is third-party in Blockdown.)

Optimised the Yahoo and Google rules while also implementing exceptions for their own subdomains (what I would have assumed load-type: third-party would do). Closes #414.

Updated gstatic.com exceptions to include Google News (Fixes #407) and the Google naked domain (might fix #400).

Added rules that selectively block the gstatic domain on non-Google sites and only block cookies to it on Google sites so as not to break Google Image search. Closes #230.
