Content: is line-height too tight on paragraphs/content?

This does depend on the typeface, but Helvetica Neue and Helvetica have pretty big x-heights, which means 1.2 line-height feels a little tight to me on this body text size.

Though I do tend towards a looser line-height. Anyone else have thoughts?
