Conversations sidebar doesn’t open when you don’t have friends. Closes #80. Added friendly notice for the Conversations timeline when person doesn’t have any friends. Progress towards #118.

Adding a new friend now updates the entry in the friends sidebar on next viewing (partial progress towards #98). New friends whose profile pics haven’t synced yet not get a placeholder image in the friends list. Closes #117.

Waystone now validates invitation codes and we are handling Waystone account setup failures more gracefully. Closes #115.

Updated Heartbeat to use the new Labs pre-alpha site for checking invitation URLs (and updated to the latest invitation URL API).

Links in messages that you’re composing no longer crash Heartbeat. Fixes #106. Also turned on spelling correction, etc. on the compose field.

Updated All Friends message notifications. They now display the first inline image in a message if there is one and they have reply functionality. Replies are not coming in in the correct order and the profile image is hardcoded to the receiver’s, not the senders.

Updated the readme file to change the dimensions of the Heartbeat balloon (it was taking up too much space).

Removed verbose PulseEventPipeSuccess (Pulse/API ping) event log to keep console from getting clogged up.

Now setting Waystone and invitation server URLs in one place (Cocoa client) and decoupled it from the build debug setting. Adding Reachability.swift although it is currently not used.

Fixed user notifications for friendship requests so that they actually check that the accept button was pressed (and not just that the notification was activated.

Progress towards implementing native notifications. Added very basic error checking so that you cannot try to add yourself as a friend.

Fixed the issue with the initial new person message being shown twice in the Public timeline after transitioning from setup.

The sidebar now correctly displays the Public timeline as highlighted after transitioning from setup.

Cleaned up the setup to main interface transition so that the profile image component does not display until it animated into place in the sidebar.

Cleaned up the UI on the second step of Setup. Change photo button now looks like a button. Tweaked spacing. Full name field now has focus by default.

No longer trying to predict the full name from the account handle. Now setting components backgrounds to transparent to work around visual glitch when showing the shade / modal alpha code panel.
