Now hiding the message editor when the no friends message is showing in the Private Conversations timeline and showing it again on other timelines. Closes #176.

Matched re-implementation of default notices from Node. Progress towards #175. Updated to use new namespaced timeline URLs.

Removed the Cocoa-side new message display functionality as the timeline itself handles updates via JS. Closes #174.

Added back commented out placeholder timeline messages/code to the TimelineViewController (to be migrated to Heartbeat Node).

Removed original Cocoa-side timeline update hack. Private and Public timelines not implemented yet. Placeholder messages not implemented on Node side yet.

Refactored the SetupData model to the Person Model. Integrated the new all friends timeline from Heartbeat Node.

Update repo path in install script to point to public repo path

Now handling the indie:// URL scheme and responding to friend requests activated from the web. Closes #156.

Implemented temporary workaround so that we at least have some sort of state at subsequent launches of the app. Progress towards #101.

Accented characters are now handled correctly when writing out initial new person announcement message.

Conversations sidebar doesn’t open when you don’t have friends. Closes #80. Added friendly notice for the Conversations timeline when person doesn’t have any friends. Progress towards #118.

Adding a new friend now updates the entry in the friends sidebar on next viewing (partial progress towards #98). New friends whose profile pics haven’t synced yet not get a placeholder image in the friends list. Closes #117.

Waystone now validates invitation codes and we are handling Waystone account setup failures more gracefully. Closes #115.

Updated Heartbeat to use the new Labs pre-alpha site for checking invitation URLs (and updated to the latest invitation URL API).

Links in messages that you’re composing no longer crash Heartbeat. Fixes #106. Also turned on spelling correction, etc. on the compose field.
