Lowered the poll rate of the pubic timeline to once every 10 seconds per client and, ditto, for the personal pages to once every 30 seconds per client.

Updated the person formatter. I really need to carry out a major refactor on the routes to remove the ridiculous redundancy in the formatters and pave some of the cow paths into Set.

Made the person’s name and profile image on a post link back to their page. Also put in more descriptive links to personal pages and the everyone timeline in the footers of posts.

Now using full message ID in the person sublevel so that we can reuse the formatters, etc. (for consistency).

Now linking to personal pages from the main timeline. Added Ind.ie logo to the pages (as an easter-egg-style/unobtrusive link back to the main timeline for now.

Now that there is no separate about page for the person, refactored folder structure to simplify it.

Re-enabled the live Waystone URLs in the public timeline JS. (Really need to get that sorted and pass a hint to the client about where it is running.)

Adds dates and add friend icons on posts for the Waystone public timeline (Everyone timeline). Closes #58.

Documented zero-downtime deployment installation. Included SSL version of the nginx configuration template as a sample. Removed old and unused nginx configuration templates. (On the server, fixed permissions for /etc/nginx/sites-available and deployed the new waystone.template — closes #55.)
