Add support for customisable 404 error page when site is using Hugo

Use case

I have a Hugo site, and I want my error pages to use the same templates so they feel consistent with the rest of my site. As my site is all kept in the .hugo folder, I want to be able to maintain my error pages from here as well, rather than using the folders as specified in Site.js’s current docs.

Suggested implementation

Works with Hugo’s custom 404 by using the page at .generated/404.html.
