Automatic rsync install when running on client (with --sync-to) exits after install

Not sure I considered this use case (the auto rsync install was for the --ensure-can-sync option on servers) but we should support it.

To reproduce

On a machine without rsync installed, run:

site --sync-to=your.site

What should happen

It should install rsync and continue to deploy.

What actually happens

Installs rsync properly and exits. You have to run the command again for it to work.
